Minimum Trading Days

  • To qualify for a first withdrawal, traders must complete at least 10 winning trading days

  • For every subsequent payout, an additional 10 trading days is required.

  • A Trading Day is counted if at least one trade is executed between 5:30 PM EST and 4:30 PM EST the following day.

  • At least 5 of these days must show a minimum daily profit of:

    • $250 for a $50K account

    • $250 for a $100K account

    • $250 for a $150K account

  • Trading Day count resets to zero after each successful payout.

  • Your balance must remain above this threshold until your withdrawal request is approved.

  • If your balance drops below the required minimum before approval, your payout request will be denied.

  • Submitting a payout request does not restrict you from trading, but you must ensure that your account remains within the payout eligibility limits.

We offer three payout windows per month:

Payout Window Opens: 1st - 15th, 15th - 1st

  • If your account meets all payout requirements before the final reconciliation (5:00 - 6:00 PM EST on the last payout day), you have until 11:59 PM EST that same day to submit your request.

  • Once a payout request is approved, funds are immediately withdrawn from your account.

  • Payments are processed within 24 hours of approval.

How Many Straight to Funded Accounts Can I Have at Once?

Any individual user may have up to 5 Straight to Funded Accounts at any time. Any household is also restricted to 5 Simulated Funded Accounts at any time

Rules: Consistency Rule

The Consistency Rule requires traders to show steady performance before requesting a payout.

Straight to Sim Funded Accounts must follow a 20% Consistency Rule.

To calculate the balance required to meet the Consistency Rule, use the following formula:

Biggest End of Day PnL / Consistency % = Total Balance Needed

For example, if your biggest day's profit is $1,000 and you must follow the 20% rule, the required total balance would be: $1,000 / 0.20 = $5,000.

Here’s a sample chart using the same 20% rule, showing when an account is in line with the rule (green) and when it is not (red):

Example Scenario

Imagine you have an straight to funded $50K account. Your account reaches $52,100, making you eligible to request a $1,500 payout.

  • After withdrawal, your remaining balance would be $50,600.

  • Your trailing max drawdown remains at $50,100.

  • If your balance drops below $50,100, your account will be considered failed.

  • You can withdraw this full amount, but it would leave you with only $500 in buffer room.

Live Funded Account Transition

Eagle Futures Funding may transition traders from straight to Funded Accounts to Live Funded Accounts after a successful payout history. If selected, you will receive an email with instructions on moving to a Live Funded Account.

For details on Live Funded Accounts and how withdrawal balances work, check out our full guide here.

When are Traders Moved Live?
Once you complete five payouts from the same Straight to funded, Eagle Futures will assess your account and choose one of the following options for you:

  • Keep your account in the Simulated Funded Environment with no changes.

  • You can continue receiving payouts, capped at the maximum for your account size. Eagle Futures will reassess your account when you reach each subsequent payout on the same account.

  • Transition you to a Live Funded Account.

Additionally, Eagle Futures reserves the right to move you Live at any time. Traders will also be automatically moved to a Live Funded Account upon reaching $80,000 in total user payouts.
